QM Private Lettings provides an advertising service for landlords, and a property search facility for students and staff at Queen Mary.

QM Private Lettings is managed by the Housing Services team, whose aim is to provide access to a range of well-managed, affordable housing options.  All landlords advertising via this service have signed to the QMUL Code of Practice http://www.residences.qmul.ac.uk/code/

The QMUL Code of Practice was introduced to raise standards in accommodation let to students/staff.  By signing up to the Code landlords are committed to follow good management practice and provide good quality housing.  By insisting on adherence to the Code, we are able to assure students and their parents that properties advertised on our site is of good quality and well managed, to the best of our knowledge.

Property information on this site is provided in good faith based on information supplied by registered landlords. There is no guarantee of the accuracy of the particulars. Properties are not inspected by the Queen Mary Housing team, however all landlords using the service are required to sign the QMUL Code of Practice prior to advertising.
