Advertise Property with QM Private Lettings

Fees

The cost of advertising properties on QM Private Lettings for a 12 month period, running from 1st May to 30th April, is as follows:

Per Property£ 30.00

You can advertise/re-advertise a property as many times during the lettings period, which runs from 1 May until 30 April each year, for one fee payment'


Register Online

After you have created your account, you can register your property details and make up your advert. Once the following items have been received, your property details will be authorised and activated by the QM Private Lettings team.

  • The relevant fee of £30 has been paid via the College’s online payment system or by cheque payable to 'QMUL' or by cash in person
  • A relevant Code of Practice for either a Non-Resident or Resident Landlord has been signed and uploaded or returned to us
  • A valid copy of the Gas Safe Register Certificate uploaded or returned to us
  • A valid copy of your House in Multiple Occupation Licence (if applicable) uploaded or returned to us
You will be prompted for these items during the creation of your advert.
